01/05Why Le Cabinet AT exists

Seven years ago, I went looking for help. What I found stunned me — not for lack of good will: for incompleteness.

So I gave all my time to building what was missing.

Le Cabinet AT speaks to those no one wants to see: the middle zone. Too functional for emergency services. Too affected for magazine advice.

That's exactly where I work.

For those who already know — three ways in

02/05The middle zone

An addictive behavior — and a life that holds.

Alcohol, cocaine and other substances, medication, cigarettes. Screens, gambling, sex, food, sport, shopping, work. Addiction isn't the product — the product is incidental. It takes all these forms, and often several at once.

From the outside, everything holds. The work, the image, the responsibilities — you know how to hold it together.

And there's this part of your life that won't fall into line. You've analyzed it better than anyone. You know exactly what you should do. You do it again anyway.

The therapies, the groups, the protocols, the books, the promises made on a Sunday evening. You've picked up useful things everywhere. Nothing held at depth.

Einstein said it: you can't find the solution to a problem from the same state of consciousness that created it. It's not your willpower that's at fault — you're looking for the way out from inside the cyclone.

So, to begin with:

Whatever you're doing, just stop. It's not working. It hasn't been working for years.

Substance addictions and behavioral addictions — the work is the same: the life that makes them necessary.

“I'm realizing how lucky I am to be able to move forward with you today, to have this closeness, to talk so easily, to be understood and in complete trust.

It's clear you're not going to make me quit crack — you're going to give me the keys to turn my life upside down, to change what are, for me, truths or unchangeables, to have another vision, another way of thinking that fits me completely. […]

And now you're here, and my whole world is going to change because I'll have chosen it. Thank you.”

03/05The principles of the work

We don't take you on as a case — we meet you.

01/03

Everything can be said

Here, you can want to stop and not want to stop — in the same sentence. Ambivalence isn't an obstacle to the work: it's often where it begins. You won't have a role to play, and no one to protect across from you.

02/03

Real life, not the consulting room

The work happens where your life happens — at home, remotely, in your actual daily life. Because the urge doesn't make appointments, presence isn't limited to one hour a week. It adjusts to your phases. Not the other way around.

03/03

Everything, at the same time

What the Cabinet offers doesn't fit in a box. It isn't one more method: it's a presence — someone who doesn't disappear when things get unclear, who holds steady when the energy wavers — and a working architecture that engages the whole life, at the same time.

“Ashley, thanks to you, I had a huge breakthrough in lucidity — without guilt.

So now I practice mindfulness all the time, and I feel like a disciple walking behind Jesus.

I explain to my close friends how you asked the right questions, in ‘why’ mode. Thank you so, so much.”

04/05Getting started

A working session in its own right — not a first meeting just to get acquainted.

It stands on its own. It can remain a one-time thing. The other forms of support are only offered after this first meeting — never before.

The way in

The flash consultation

€180 an hour and a half · video call or phone · paid at booking

An hour and a half, one-on-one, where we lay out your situation exactly as it is, with nothing to dress up — and where we look together at what can actually shift. You leave with a new reading. What comes next, if anything does, comes on its own.

If you're close to someone affected, this session can also be booked for you.

Ongoing support

Intensive session, ongoing support, immersive presence — each format is built to measure, and is only offered after a flash consultation. That's what guarantees the frame is yours, never an off-the-shelf protocol.

05/05Going further

Ongoing support

What the Cabinet offers, at heart, isn't called a method. It's a presence — someone who doesn't disappear when things get unclear, who holds steady when the energy wavers. This support opens only after a flash consultation, never before.

They take three forms. What you pay for is never a volume of hours: it's a period of work, and the months during which I stay reachable. In all three forms, availability is built in — it's never sold as an add-on.

“[…] I didn't want to believe you, girl — I didn't even want to see you in the first place.

But once someone's seen you, it's hard to do without you, even when everything's ‘fine’, because it's like your boyfriend, you want to tell him everything, etc.

Everything I'm doing, I owe it to you — it's insane!! […]”

First form

The in-person intensive

Time together in person, in your home, and the months that extend it. The follow-up is part of the format, never bolted on.

  • 3 days in your home, 3 months with youThree days in person, then 90 days during which I stay reachable€8 750
  • 5 days in your home, 6 months with youFive days in person, then 180 days during which I stay reachable€11 450
  • 7 days in your home, 9 months with youSeven days in person, then 270 days during which I stay reachable€13 950

Payment can be spread out. The payment schedule is set together, at our first exchange — it doesn't change the amount.

What “I stay reachable” means

WhatsApp stays open for the whole period — message, voice note, call. I reply within 24 hours at most.

Working sessions are set throughout those months. Availability doesn't replace them: it surrounds them.

Where it happens

I come to your home. Staying on site is recommended — in a guest room, so the work keeps its frame.

I come, and you rent a place. Two bedrooms, on site or nearby, at your expense. This is the option I prefer: it keeps the immersion.

You travel. To Lyon. Your travel and accommodation costs are yours to cover.

Second form

Full support, at a distance

Regular sessions, availability between sessions, and a pace that follows the phase you're in.

  • The entry periodOne month · fully deducted if you continue€1 900
  • Six monthsThe reference length€9 000
  • Twelve monthsWhen the whole life reorganizes itself€15 000

The amounts aren't cumulative: if you continue after the entry period, its €1 900 is fully deducted. Six months costs you €9 000, not €10 900. Payment can be spread out.

What “I stay reachable” means

Between sessions, WhatsApp stays open — message, voice note, call. I reply within 24 hours at most.

How the sessions work

I recommend two-hour sessions, and that's how I work, especially in the first phase. That's what makes real progress possible. The length then adjusts to what you can carry.

When the need eases, the hours you don't take are carried over — the support runs that much longer. Nothing is lost.

The entry period is fully deducted if you continue. It's the work of getting started, billed for what it is.

Third form

The Mandate

A standing commitment on my part, not a length of time: I make myself available for one situation, and it comes before everything else.

It exists for three situations, often tangled together.

A stake that goes beyond the person — a career, a company, a reputation. This is the case for public figures.

A calendar emergency — a tour, a season, a deadline that won't move.

A family conflict or a very heavy circle around you, where every move counts and someone has to be reachable at the moment things are decided.

Terms are set in conversation.

What it gives you

Absolute priority over my other appointments — I cancel for you if the situation calls for it, except for stage commitments.

Unlimited calls, voice notes and messages, with no cap on time or frequency.

Unlimited rescheduling, with no penalty or fees.

Particular situations

One of Le Cabinet AT's particularities: we work with particular situations. Families, together. Couples, together. The frame is then built for the real configuration, not for one person someone has cut off from everyone else.

You're looking on someone else's behalf

If you're a third party — someone close, a family member, a professional colleague — and you're thinking about this for someone, write to me. Or book a flash consultation in your own name: that first exchange is what sets the frame.

A mother — for her daughter, then for her son, a year and a half apart

Fall 2023

“Thank you so much, Ashley. […] It's been a really long time since I'd seen her this happy. You're doing her so, so much good. […]

You can't even imagine how much good you do me, do us. You really are the one who was missing from our lives. […]”

Spring 2025

“[…] It's so great, he's really doing well now, things are going well. He feels really good.

He has a little job, he went in without any panic attacks, nothing. I think he's out of the woods. And no more cannabis.

Thanks to you. Thank you for everything.”

This work isn't for everyone

The Cabinet works with people ready to work — not to be taken care of. If you're looking for someone who decides for you, who monitors you, who promises a result by a set date: this isn't the right place. If you're in immediate danger, emergency services remain the first response.

Confidentiality

When the situation calls for particular discretion, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed before we begin.

Toward ongoing support

Request an appointment.

You've read the formats and you can see which one fits you, or you're torn between two. Write to me about what brings you here and where you are today.

Every message is read personally. You'll get a reply with the frame that fits your situation, and the next steps.

For a first working session, the flash consultation is booked directly: see the slots.

Your information is used only to answer your request. Sending this message doesn't sign you up for the letter — that's a separate step. Your information is never shared.
