This site collects very little data, and does nothing with it beyond what is written here. No resale, no targeted advertising.
Ashley Taïeb — ashley@ashleytaieb.com. She decides what data is collected and why, and any question about this page goes to her.
Only what you fill in on the forms. The letter form asks for your email address. The “Individuals”, “Organizations” and “Press” forms ask for your name, your email, your message and, where relevant, your organization. The prize draw form asks for your email address.
These submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts the site, and then passed to Brevo, the email tool used for the letter and for following up on requests. Both providers use this data only for that service.
Three things, nothing else.
Respond to your request when you write to us.
Send you the letter once you have asked for it — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time: every send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Run the prize draw for the Devenez Plus evening when you enter it, that is, apply the rules you agreed to.
Booking the flash consultation — and paying for it — goes through Calendly and its payment provider. The data you enter at that step is handled by them, under their own rules: Calendly’s privacy policy. Advice Wednesdays are booked and paid for on Sapiow, under its own rules: sapiow.com.
If you enter the prize draw offered for the evening of 20 October 2026, your email address is used only to run the draw and to notify the winner. It is held by Brevo, then deleted three months after the draw.
If you also ticked the box to receive the letter, your address stays on the letter’s mailing list — that is a separate choice, and you can unsubscribe at any time. The rules of the draw (in French) cover the rest.
As long as necessary, no more. Data tied to a request is kept for the time it takes to respond and to keep track of it. With no interaction from you for 3 years, it is deleted.
Prize draw entries are deleted three months after the draw. If you unsubscribe from the letter, your address comes off the mailing list.
The GDPR gives you rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability. To exercise them, an email is enough: ashley@ashleytaieb.com. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
No resale of data. No targeted advertising. Your address is never shared.
